Upcoming Chapter Events

Here’s what’s happening at the Greater Cincinnati-Dayton Chapter.
  • Annual Dinner on May 30, 2009. Our speaker that evening is David Kern, head football trainer for the WVU football team. Dinner is at Vincenzo's Ristorante Italiano. A cash bar and appetizer cocktail reception will begin at 6:00pm followed by dinner at 7:15pm. Reservations are due by May 23. Check the Newsletter or Order Form for details.
  • WVU Day at the Races on Saturday, July 11. Join WVU Alumni, family and friends for a pleasant afternoon of horse racing at River Downs, one of the prettiest little race tracks in the country. Get your picture taken with the winning connections of the WVU Alumni race. Free parking and admission. Free tips (please ignore) by Chapter officers.
  • Annual Picnic on Sunday, August 9. Once again, our Annual Picnic will be held at beautiful Sharon Woods Park in northern Cincinnati.
  • WVU Football at the University of Cincinnati on Friday, November 13, 2009. Tailgate party and ticket sales planned for this big weekend!

Cheer on the Mountaineers at Abby’s Bar and Grill at 5735 Harrison Avenue in Dent, Ohio for each and every game played by the Gold and Blue. Welcome to Lexington Chapter

Tonya and Bill King, long time members of our Chapter, were recently approached by the national WVU Alumni Association to start a new chapter in Lexington, KY. Under their leadership, interest has been high and the Lexington Chapter is growing quickly. We look forward to supporting their efforts as well as collaborating with them on future events.
